Implemented art therapy as a response to changes in administration and shifts in the health care reimbursement system. These changes impacted the identity, practice, schedules, and emotional states of employees.

Kayra facilitated a community art project for Prairie View's Newton Medical Center employees to honor the changes facing their community as they lost a key member of their team and transitioned to a new office. This artwork hangs in the lobby area blessing their memories and shared experience.
